What is Rule of Thirds?
The rule of thirds is a "rule of thumb" or guideline which applies to the process of composing visual images such as designs, films, paintings, and photographs. The basic principle behind the rule of thirds is to imagine breaking an image down into thirds (both horizontally and vertically) so that you have 9 parts. As you’re taking an image you would have done this in your mind through your viewfinder or in the LCD display that you use to frame your shot.
With this grid in mind the ‘rule of thirds’ now identifies four important parts of the image that you should consider placing points of interest in as you frame your image.

My Worst Image For Rule of Thirds
The Reason Why I don't like this image is because its not straight and the picture taken is in a sideways form, also the background is blurred out badly and the lighting is terrible due to the sky. If I only changed the white balance and made it less blurry and straight it could have been a good image.
My Best Image for Rule of Thirds
The Reason why I like this image is because its got perfect spots in all areas and if you imagined the horizontal and vertical lines it would be a perfect example of rule of thirds. Its not blurry at not blurry for the focused person and it shows the focus on the tree and the boy perfectly making it think as if its actually lying down.
